Shipping Information

We currently ship across the UK.

  • Processing time: Orders are handmade in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

  • Delivery time: Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days once dispatched.

  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight. Free UK shipping on orders over £35.

  • Packaging: All orders are carefully packed using eco-conscious materials to keep your products safe and sustainable.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.  

We are happy to accept returns of **unopened and unused products** within 14 days of delivery.  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.  

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

  • Return window: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for processing.

  • Shipping costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at kindrootsskincare@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
